We have changed locations…

but our love for each other and this community has not changed!

We are so grateful to have a new home for our Sunday services at Grace Lutheran Church, 493 Forest Avenue in Glen Ellyn. It’s just 4 blocks away from our old location. You are invited to join us in-person, or by Zoom, Sundays at 11:30 am. Wednesdays are at 7:30 pm (Central) in the Brookdale meeting room at 60 Nicoll Way, Glen Ellyn and by Zoom.

We are most grateful for all the years in our old edifice at 600 N. Main, Glen Ellyn, and we look forward to much spiritual growth and love for our community in new ways from our present location inside Grace Lutheran Church at 493 Forest Ave.

This Christian Science branch church came about by individuals wanting to share the truths of the Bible and its healing power, as explained through the writings of Mary Baker Eddy. A small group of Christian Science residents in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, started this branch church in 1929. They held regular Sunday morning services and Wednesday evening testimony meetings in Acacia Hall, in Glen Ellyn. In 1956, ground was broken for a church edifice, at the corner of N. Main and Hawthorne streets.

In May of 2022 we moved to beautiful new surroundings inside Grace Lutheran Church (GLC). Uplifting organ music greets you at our Sunday service. Music conveys the gentle presence of God's loving arms around all and can reach a troubled heart with much comfort. Our Christian Science Sunday morning service includes an inspiring solo, by our soloist Jane Moyer. The solo leads into our Bible Lesson Sermon.
