Jesus’ profound act of love

In our readings tonight we reverently recount Jesus' interactions leading up to his crucifixion and we will explore what Mary Baker Eddy teaches in Christian Science about the resurrection and Jesus’ deep sacrifice. We hope you will join us for this moving meeting.

Father, the hour is come; I have glorified thee on the earth:

I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

John 17: 1, 4

The magnitude of Jesus’ work, his material disappearance before their eyes and his reappearance, all enabled the disciples to understand what Jesus had said. Heretofore they had only believed; now they understood.

Science and Health, pg. 43

Readings on this subject will be shared from the Bible and from Science and Health with key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, quoted above. Our meeting is held at 7:30 in person at Brookdale of Glen Ellyn. You can also join us by Zoom. There will be time for attendees to share inspiration and healings during the second half of our meeting. All are welcome!
