Meeting each other’s need
When we extend help to someone else, something in us is strengthened and lifted as well. Whatever blesses one blesses everyone involved, and in giving support we discover that we, too, are being renewed.
I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in. Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
(Matthew 25:35, 40)…blessed is that man who seeth his brother’s need and supplieth it, seeking his own in another’s good.

Join us this Wednesday for our Testimony Meeting, where you will hear readings from the Bible, as well as passages from the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health, with key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy. There is also time for attendees to share healings and inspiration, and quiet time as well.
Our meeting is held in person at Brookdale of Glen Ellyn, at 7:30 pm. You can also join us by Zoom for the meeting on Wednesday, June 17. A casual and friendly welcome to all!
