Daily course

In getting the most out of every day, making it fulfilling and harmonious, we can look to God for direction. Hymn number 140, from the Christian Science Hymnal, presents a helpful course to follow:

If on our daily course, our mind
Be set to hallow all we find,
New treasures still, of countless price,
God will provide for sacrifice.

Old friends, old scenes, will lovelier be,
As more of heaven in each we see;
Some softening gleam of love and prayer
Shall dawn on every cross and care.

Our weekly Testimony meeting takes place this Wednesday, July 9, at 7:30 pm at Brookdale in Glen Ellyn or by Zoom. The meeting will include testimonies of healing and inspiration from those who would like to share. Everyone is welcome.
