Materialism

I recently saw the movie called “The Materialists”. Through the story the audience comes to understand the difference between calculated material love and the gift of spiritual love. As the movie reveals, materialism turns out to be enslaving rather than freedom-giving.

Even when the atheism of material systems seems to invade all aspects of our lives, the Christ message shows how free we really are from subjection to the world’s ways.
